Your personal data, in the scope provided in the registration form, will be used for the purposes related to the organization of the congress as well as any further similar events unless you specifically express your objection thereto.

 
The legal basis for the data processing is the consent expressed by you (art. 6 subpar. 1 item a of the Regulation) by completing the registration form.

 
The provision of your personal data is voluntary but it is necessary if you wish to participate in the congress.
 
Your personal data may be shared with other entities participating in the organization and servicing of the congress but their extent is exclusively limited to the scope necessary to properly fulfill the required service.

 
You have the right to:

• demand access to your personal data from the data protection controller, update, correct, remove them or limit the extent of their processing,
• withdraw at any moment the consent for the processing of your data. Such a withdrawal will not affect the compliance with the law of the processing of your personal data carried out prior to the withdrawal of your consent,
• file a compliant to Polish Data Protection Commissioner (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.

 We will not share your personal data with any third countries or international organizations.
 
Your personal data will be subject to automated decision-making process, will be profiled only in the scope related to the management of contact details and gathering information helpful in planning congress organizational actions.
